I received order on Friday for water needed the bottles to be picked up. I did not need any more water to be delivered. Please pick up the water if you can.
Wanted empties picked up not to be added more water to the order. Please pick up the fresh bottles of water. Do not need them.

Probably last 6 time pick up and stated delivery times, bottle #'s, were not done. They tried to charge me for one month, even though I didn't receive any water. I tried to talk to a representative, but he was rude and argumentative and would not listen to me.
So I told him I no longer wanted their service and asked him to come pick up the water dispenser and empty bottles. I then contacted the headquarters and explained the problem. I was told someone would be in touch with me. The delivery service is totally unreliable.
They don't deliver when promised. Also, they never picked up anything.
Instead, they turned me over to collections. I still have a storage room full of empty bottles

The guy that came did a good job, but nobody told me about the charges on my card, and it was automatically put on autopay without my knowledge. Now they have cleared out my account.

Out of water over a week..Sparkletts does not care..Sparkletts (Primo), cancelled delivery again..scheduled for another day..

Almost never get a person, when we have very nice but never have fixed the issue of not knowing who we are after many years with them. When told they would fix it…never happens, still don’t know us and we can get no information of when next service is??? Please help
Have live people answer the call. Its like the movie ground hog day. Everyone is nice but nothing gets done yet you want a survey on your experience but how do you do that when you find out its to late
